• Software Engineers and Developers, particularly those with a background in Microsoft's ASP.Net and C#. Experience with database development, web services, web interface design and mobile (handheld) interface design is also useful. Individuals with an excellent academic and theoretical background, good architectural and analytic skills and fantastic client-listening skills are always in demand.

• Database administrators with experience installing, configuring, securing, supporting, maintaining and optimizing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and DB2. The database is the beating heart of the organization. We take it very seriously.

• User Interface Designers including web graphic designers with a well-developed and contemporary aesthetic. Our products have to look as good as they function.

• Electronic Content Management experts and document management specialists who know their way around an ECM system.

• Sales Executives with a proven track record of high performance, impeccable integrity and a consultative, trust-based sales method that focuses on business case and business outcomes.

• Project Managers and Technical Team Leaders with a history of taking projects successfully from client requirements to delivered, tested, accepted product. We hire project managers for both internal and external projects and for projects ranging from basic system design and installation to complete enterprise software design and delivery.

• Practice Managers, especially those with vertical industry specialities. Specialties in energy, transit, right-of-way, land management, safety and security, state and local government, and related industries are especially sought.
