We had a great time talking to GIS professionals, state legislators, public sector executives and others at Oklahoma GIS Day at the State Capitol yesterday. This is the 16th annual GIS Day and we had a prime spot in the Capitol rotunda.

Thanks to Shellie Willoughby of the Office of Geographic Information of the Oklahoma Conservation Commission for organizing the event and making it friendly and effective for educating the public about the importance and power of mapping technologies in the public sector.
