| Plat and Lease Mapping Engagement with EOG Resources Announced - April 2006 |

HOUSTON, TX, April 2006 - R7 Solutions announced today that it had been engaged by EOG Resources to provide consulting services on a plat and leasing project underway with the company's exploration management division. R7 Solutions will be providing consultants with expertise in reading legal descriptions, advanced ArcView and ArcGIS mapping and analysis, and experience in oil and gas leasing. "R7's Professional Services division is pleased to be providing expert GIS and property analysis services to EOG Resources," said K. Lawrence Epperson, CEO of R7 Solutions. "This is an area in which R7 already has extensive experience and EOG came to us based on our reputation in E&P and pipeline infastructure and asset management consulting," said Epperson.
