Command Center Navigation Overview
1 — OCC runs on a two-monitor workstation, with one monitor dedicated to trouble ticket details and the other dedicated to mapping and response scenarios.
2 — OCC synchronizes with existing personnel databases to provide immediate access to data on available response teams, assignments, and asset maintenance history.
3 — OCC includes an integrated mapping system which automatically maps the incident based on Caller ID and/or any information given to the responding engineer. Identification of the asset involved and the local response team is nearly instantaneous.
4 — OCC can be integrated with a telephony switch to automatically call and then conference the on-site incident response team with the response center engineers.
