With GeoRoom, you can create map-based workflow systems, aggregate and display data from multiple sources in one location, build easy-to-use business process tools, and location-enable existing enterprise applications.

  • Real-time access to maps, enterprise application data and documents from a single, secure web interface.
  • Select locations or areas on the map and instantly see all database records and documents associated with that area, project or location.
  • Database records for locations are instantly displayed in the spreadsheet grid at the bottom of the screen. Sort, filter, select and then display your selections on the map.
  • Perform geospatially constrained searches across all data sources and documents. Search results are displayed on the map and simultaneously in the spreadsheet grid.
  • Create, edit and delete project areas. Associate forms and documents with your projects. Watch projects develop in real time.
  • Role-based security access. Control access to projects, databases, documents and map layers by individual users, project teams, and corporate departments.
  • Create web-based workflow systems that drive business process and productivity. Use mapped projects, forms, document routing.
  • Review projects, incidents or routed documents in real time from a list or from the map.

Key Integration Features

  • The GeoRoom Business Object Builder allows rapid integration with existing enterprise databases, including SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and MySQL.
  • GeoRoom provides integration paths for existing document management systems, including Documentum, FileNet, Laserfiche and SharePoint.
  • Integrate with existing ESRI ArcGIS mapping servers, including geodatabases and ArcSDE, or use hosted mapping servers from R7 Solutions.
  • All integration is controlled with XML files. Connections can be configured quickly and custom integration is unnecessary.
  • Load any number of map layers and images, including high resolution aerial photography.
  • Associate database records and documents with locations on the map automatically using cross-reference geocoding, if a reference can be found. Or, manually move records and documents to any point or project area.
  • Integrate with existing access control systems including Microsoft Active Directory and Oracle database security tables.
