We develop enterprise software using an “agile” methodology that involves close coordination with the client, use case documentation, and frequent interations so that our clients can see frequent progress and provide frequent feedback. Our process is to prototype interfaces and functions as early as possible with continual refinement, frequent check-ins with the client, and real-world testing and usage as soon as possible. We will typically run a test server exclusively for the use of the client in reviewing and testing software as it is developed.

We usually develop software in small teams with a project manager, technical lead/software engineer and one or more additional software engineers. All of our project managers and engineers have a least two years of direct, hands-on industry experience, a breadth of software engineering experience and a 4-year undergraduate degree from a competitive university in which they graduated in the top quartile or higher. Additionally, most have R&D experience within the company, providing design and implementation leadership within a fast-paced, demanding product development cycle.
